🍂Shipping and Store Policy🍂

Charms are packed securely with tissue paper, or foam in a sturdy cardboard box. I will do my best to ship your order within 3-5 business days.  You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your item ships. Shipping may take an additional 2–5 business days.

International orders can take 10 - 25 business days to arrive. Once the item is out of the USA it is out of my hands to track it. If you think your package is taking to long to reach you please contact your local post office.

All sales are final. I don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me and I will do my best to make the situation right. 

 

🍂Delays, Lost Packages & the Realities of the Postal Realm  🍂

After your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are unfortunately outside my control. If your package seems delayed, I recommend checking the tracking information first and then contacting your local postal service.

That said, I’m always happy to help however I can — please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your order.
